What payment options do I have in purchasing AppBeat?

You can purchase AppBeat with Google Pay, PayPal, credit card or debit card. For payments over €400 we also offer bank (wire) transfer - please contact us for details.

Is upgrading prorated?

Yes. If you upgrade your plan we will automatically add discount for previously unused subscription on your new checkout. Exact numbers will be clearly visible on invoice preview during checkout.

How safe is my credit or debit card number with AppBeat?

AppBeat does not store any sensitive information about your credit or debit card. All payments are securely processed by PayPal or Braintree, a PayPal company. They are PCI DSS compliant which means your data is protected with maximum security.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, of course! If your subscription has auto-renewal simply turn it off or contact us. If you don't have auto-renewal then you don't have to do anything. Our system will automatically pause monitoring for your account if you don't complete payment before due date.

If you don't want to use our service anymore you can deactivate your account (we would appreciate if you contact us first so we can see if there is anything we can do to change your mind).

Are there any extra Sign-up Fees?

How to upgrade?

Please login to your AppBeat account and:

  1. click on "Account" module
  2. click on "Subscription" tab
  3. select your new plan and click "Change" button

You will be redirected to checkout page with invoice preview and payment options. After you complete payment you will automatically receive PDF invoice via email. Invoice will have your company VAT number and our company EU VAT number.
